It is remarkable that this small town feel still exists in this craziness of the world. I have always been able to call and come up with a plan in times of difficulty. Whether it be payment issues, trouble shooting or teaching me the basics of the updated technology! Dealing with Courtney on a regular basis, she truly has made a difference and genuinely cared about the situation. You cannot go wrong with Brooketelcom and their crew!

Brooke has always been amazing to deal with. The after hours service is also amazing, they come and fix whatever is wrong and the technicians are always polite and great to deal with.
Recently, we switched over to cloud based cable and tech was great in explaining everything and ensuring we were up and going, then we had outage due to storm a few days later and tech come out on the Stat to ensure we were up and going! Amazing! I have always been happy with my service with Brooke for past 12yrs!

So nice to deal with a person ,that understands customer service and goes the extra mile to provide exactly what you ask for and more .
In contrast ,spending 90 minutes on phone with another provider to get absolutely no answers or resolution.

We had the pleasure of having Craig and Kelly come to help us with the new fibre optics. Kelly was so fun to work with when we were setting up the appointment. She put up with a lot of our questions and antics over the phone. Then when she showed up with Craig, it was nice to put a face to the voice. They were both so professional and easy to to talk to. So glad that there is such good customer service. It is hard to find that.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. First off, I worked in the IT industry for 30+ years so I've seen both good and bad services.

People are a company's real strength and Brooke Telecom seems to know this. I called their number and Kelly was great to deal with. I had my senior in-laws coming to live with us and the television service was very important to them. I personally, was interested in their internet plans. She quickly followed up with the paperwork that I requested. Their plans were not only fair priced, but the services that they have available are outstanding. Some of their plan features are simply not available from other providers. I have since called back several times and Kelly remembers me every time.

Next, let's talk about the installation. I needed fibre run to my house. The installer took great care to bury the cable properly and with minimal damage. In a week, you couldn't see where he dug. I've honestly never seen someone bury cable with such dedication to doing a good job and ultimately, the end results shows.

Next came the fibre installer. He knew his job very well and did an incredibly neat job installing the fibre and service box on the house. He was also able to explain the process and the next steps for the installation. Before he finished the install, he even followed up on a hypothetical technical question that I had regarding DNS settings. I didn't really expect him to know the answer but he followed up to get me the answer before he left.

Given the complexity of my question (related to DNS services), I was impressively surprised that not only did Brooke Telecom understand my request, but they were able to accommodate me and offer a solution using a static IP.

I haven't directly spoken with their technical support because I haven’t had a technical problem. Given my initial interactions with Brooke Telecom’s other staff, I have every reason to be incredibly optimistic. Especially since it was that group that responded to my earlier technical question and offered a solution.

Overall, I am excited to have an Internet provider that listens to, and works with their customers. In this day and age, having knowledgeable support from talented people is nothing short of exceptional. Well done to all the staff at Brooke Telecom!
