We had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences working with Brooks Greenhouse planning my mother & brother's funeral. The care, and attention to detail they took to help us pay tribute to these members of my family was invaluable. They made it a simple, unstressful process, catered to everything we wanted, delivered our arrangements on time and in perfect condition, and overall just made the whole atmosphere of our service brighter. I ordered a premium live decorated boxwood tree and received pine boughs with half the decorations. Contacted the owner and received an excuse that due to covid they did not have the same supplies. I am sorry you did not have the supplies, but if that was the reason why not contact the buyer and let them know. I am not unreasonable. You be the judge.

EDIT: It's been a year since I went and got those sunflowers from Brooks Greenhouses, and I got some more flowers for friends again this year!

2 weeks before the day I needed the flowers, I came to Brooks Greenhouses with a list of my friends' favourite flowers. Many of them were either: out of season, tropical and hard to ship here, or weren't long lasting in a bouquet. The cashier helped me pick out some great alternatives for flowers that would be longer lasting, cheaper, and most importantly for me; were allergy friendly/unscented since a couple of my friends that I planned to give the flowers to were allergic to flowers with strong scents. They went over how much each type of flower would cost per piece and made sure I knew what exactly I was ordering.

On the day I needed to pick up my flowers, the cashier wrapped them all up quickly with care! I had needed to grab my flowers a little earlier than when Brooks Greenhouses would be open, so I had called two days before to ask if I could come in early. They said I could, and I got to pick up the flowers early, which I am very grateful for because I was able to go where I needed to on time and give them to my friends!

If you need custom flowers, I think Brooks Greenhouses is the best place to go! ✨
