The lack of common sense and road rules are insane. I have witnessed 3 almost accidents between one of your drivers and another car. And it is always one of your drivers fault. For example changing lanes with no turn signal or not fully stopping at a stop sign. I suggest that you review with your drivers basic road rules. Or invest in some dash cams if you haven't yet and go back and review them. I will happily not be taking your taxis as a way of travel anymore. Thank you.

We called for a ride and there was some miscommunication on the pickup and we missed our ride. Called again and driver was amazing, accepted our apologises and like always, clean, nice smelling cab with great visits.

I highly recommend Brooks Taxi. I could have had a nightmare cab experience but Brooks Taxi couldn't have handled me better. I slept in... missing my scheduled pick up time and then later I left my shades in the car and retrieved them later no problem. Thanks a lot!

Today I used this taxi service and driver was too rude and he wasn’t aware about the address and I had to pay extra because of his mistake.
