By far the worst IT experience I have ever had. Colin demonstrated poor communications skills. His approach was condescending and rude. His behavior is incredibly suspicious as he becomes defensive when asked a question and makes clear you are wasting his time.

Responding to your response that I don't have the correct company and that I am not your client. We were on a call for 15 minutes, you are the IT company that my client uses. You are completely dishonest and serve no purpose in the market place other than to hold systems and clients hostage.

Lol was just cleaning old emails and came across some from Colin.I havent used his service but all the reviews and mention of attitude seem on the ball.i had placed a ad on local sites for used ram at a well below value price.The price was in,header amd description field.For some reason my entered price in price field did not enter and it defaulted to free.Well Colin was right on the ad and I hadn't even a chance to review it and he replied .Shortly after he showed at my,apt bldg at the time and l met him outside still in his car.he looked at ram said thanks and was ready to blast. I,said cash please.This is when I learned price went to default.free .but told him price was listed in header and description fields.He muttered nonsense and tore out on a sidewalk instead of the lane he drove in on and while doing so ran over and crushed a coupling on lawnhoses.yup nice guy edit to follow up..Fake account?! No it works fine.nadda fake about it.Like i said i placed a ad on local sites and as moar know they are full of idiots
So not everyone uses their full name in email addresses like you did.But thanks for coming out to further prove my amd others point of view.

Colin, the company owner is great at putting you down, giving you enough attitude to make you feel stupid. If that's not enough, don't expect him to be patient with you.... Asking a simple question triggers verbal abuse from this man! STEER CLEAR!!!!
