HEADS UP: they do not offer winter tyres.

If you don’t need winter tyres though, they’re a great option, they upgraded us to a lovely AWD that was very flash compared to what I was expecting, heated seats were amazing and car was in great condition.

They ignored my original rejection of optional insurance coverage and then tried to verbally tell me that they were required.

This is an unethical company and will steal your money, ignoring any documentation you had signed. I do not recommend renting with them.

Rental truck broke down (Dodge Ram, I should of known) and was panickng to make it back to Edmonton for my flght. Thankfully Kory or maybe Corey, the supervisor on shift was quick to take action and provide me with a new vehicle. Made my flight. Can't thank Kory (Corey?) for his outstanding customer service.

Biggest scam. You will book with certain price online. You will not get told at the counter and then they will charge you another 70% extra on top of it on fees only after you return the car. If you book for "total" of 100$, expect to pay 170 after you return. Avoid this scam!

The car i picked up from Calgary developed a problem on the first day in Banff, just as we were about to head out to Sunshine skiing.
Romil and Oliver turned up at the hotel within an hour of the phone call with a new car, no hassle signed the paperwork and drove off on with our day.
Brilliant.
