The lady who delivers to my property is a gem!! Always smiling. Always makes sure my packages are tucked out of the elements. I’m near Peever if that helps identify her. Staff in the store have also always been a pleasure. I’ve used a lot of Canada posts over the years and have encountered lots of issues but so far, this one has been great!

Twice in less than one week I have found that items I have been waiting for have been returned by the post office. Some important papers, and an item that was a replacement of a broken item mailed to the same address🤔
Parcel notifications not received but final notice given for a different package. Never received a first notice 👎What's happened with the service we used to get there? Seems it's disappeared with the retirement of the previous post master.

Went in to mail a parcel and when I checked to see the tracking of it a day later in the afternoon, the package had still not left the post office. You pay for the shipping, the insurance, tracking , the gas fee, etc
for what service? I probably can walk to the destination faster (and cheaper) . And they can't use the excuse it was a Friday, as I mailed it on a Wednesday. What gives with our postal service?

I have made numerous complaints about them walking in my mudroom delivering parcels. I called 3 times to complain about this and that they are to leave it on my porch and not come into my home! The delivery lady is extremely miserable, and complaints about everything she can when it comes to mailboxes. My mom and I (separate homes) have both had non stop issues. Like every single other review, try to go to another post office if you can

This office has very grouchy employees. I have mailed out several things nothing ever get to the destination. Also when receiving packages from amazon or somewhere online it says delivered by canada post and I dont get it for another 2 days after that if atall. Our tax dollars pay for them to sit on there duff's and do nothing but complain. This Office needs to be looked in to and investigated. I go to callander now because my stuff gets to whare I send it and the ladies there are amazing!!

Once again I've waited ALL Day for a package only to be given a pickup tag AFTER the post office has closed.
The tracking status showed "out for delivery" since 10am -- the postal truck goes by at 5:15pm and leaves a pickup tag. They close at 5pm. Great!! now I have to wait until tomorrow.
This happens all the time.

The delivery person keeps dropping my packages off at my neighbors. Ive called and complained multiple times with no change. Seems to me it’s being done on purpose. I will be contacting them and their superiors. Very disappointed in the service our tax money pays for.

My parcels are repeatedly received beaten up. The last time I received a parcel there was a hole in the box. I would strongly suggest going to another postal service if you have the opportunity.
