Buyer Beware! Rip-off! Do not use. Awful service, misleading information, very unprofessional.
Not a professional service or place in any sense/meaning of the word. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for what they do, and the quality of work they offer.
Like many of the reviews on google, they will take your money and give you nothing. I wish I read the review on google before we used them.
We used them for a business plan, and business loan consultation, we needed something professionally done in a hurry, we thought we were working with professionals, but big mistake, as it was a total rip-off, we wasted few months, almost $10K and got absolutely nothing. Very bad and unprofessional service.
Very duplicitous, beware! What they say during the initial meeting and on their websites are misleading information particularly for the business loan application.
Terrible business plan, simply garbage, unusable, unworkable, what we got from them was so bad we had to simply through it out as it was unfeasible. Every accountant, business consultant, and loan officer we worked with rejected their business plan, and we would need create a new business plan.
Business loan consultations inaccurate and misleading information, they will simply take your money and you would not get any value for it. stay away! They can not help, all they will do is simply introduce you and forward you documents to someone working at the bank, that’s pretty much their whole process. The bank then will have to contact the applicant (You) to start the application process and verify all your documents, this is done between the bank and you.
Very duplicitous, they make it sound if you only get them the documents they need, few made up quotes, then its pretty much a done deal, and they “Prequalify you”, which is a big lie, as that is not how the business loan work. We wasted valuable time with them, where we could easily just contact banks directly, and saved ourselves time and money (and grief). Unreliable service.
They are nothing more then an introductory service, they have no control or sway over the loan application. Do not let them mislead you that they provide preapproval, they do not have any special relationship with banks or have any power to preapprove anyone or offer anything.
Government guarantees business loans in Canada are hard to obtain and require many weeks to almost 2 – 3 months to process the application alone, and almost a year to allocate the funds once and if the loan is approved. This process is between the business / business owner and the bank ONLY, these people CAN NOT help in any shape or form to help get the loan, it is entirely a bank decision, and they can not influence it in anyway.
Many business loans require a CPA to prepare the business plans particularly if you are using part of the loan for operational capital.
The moment you pay the fee their tone changes significantly, and when we question the quality of the work you get an angry email reply saying pretty much its our fault. And if you dare ask for a refund, they would simply look for any ludicrous excuses, from “that we are slowing their experts from preforming their work” and “we are not cooperating with their process” to “that our documents maybe fake”, to everything else in between, absurd nonsense excuses, made up nonsense just so that they can claim that it was our fault we did not cooperate with them for the loan process, or did not complete the process.
For a company that claims that’s been doing this for many years and have a solid experience offering services, It’s a joke of a service, never seen people advertising their services as professional business consultants and offer such bad service, and such below average work, very awful.
Sadly, its unregulated industry, so buyers beware, and people need to do their due diligence with whom they do business with. Please learn from our mistakes and experience.

I reached out to this company thinking they would likely only ascertain my business ideas partially to then assist me in completing the business plan “with them”, but instead I was blown away by the accuracy and level of understanding reached in our first exploratory call. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Business plan experts are not capable of doing high level business plans or work. I am not joking a 12 year old could have done a better job. Business plan experts are just experts at taking your money! They ask for a full payment to see the draft so you have no recourse on getting your money back. I politely asked for a refund of 50% which was more than fair but really a full refund is in order when you do this horrible of work. Unfortunately trying to fix the work is not a solution because the person doing the plan does not do good work nor is capable of it so its just bad work after bad work. Please trust the bad reviews only because the good ones are paid reviews. I want to save anyone I can of losing the thousands dollars I have lost. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Scam Company! They start by telling you can get government funding. Then they make you put down a "Refundable" deposit. They will never get you approved. They take $5000 deposit and run with it. It's not refundable. IT IS A SCAM.
