Christie and I dropped by C3 Gibsons and felt at home walking into a well laid out playground for adults - haha - the 'box'!

The atmosphere is relaxed, people are friendly, and the coaching? Exceptional. Big shoutout to Tima — his coaching was spot on, encouraging, and perfectly balanced between push and praise.

We left sweaty, smiling, and already discussing when we can return. If you’re in Gibsons and searching for an excellent workout with even better people, C3 is the place to be!
