Every time I come for bloodwork, the staff and absolutely fantastic! They are cheery, kind, caring, and very good at their jobs. I have never had a bad experience and there is rarely a wait for a booked appointment. Alaa has been an absolute Gem on my fertility journey full of lab appointments. Abrar is such a sweetheart and greats everyone who comes for their appointments. Angeli is also such a bright light everytime I see her. This team is so welcoming and comforting. Thank you for providing the best care!

Not a Walk-In Lab..Do not show up for a walkin appointment even though it was listed as such a location online.
Arrived at 8:17am as I live close by in Rainbow Falls Chestermere..1 receptionist, 2 patients in waiting room. Told do not take walk ins..go to Strathmore or Calgary.. Drove 25 minutes to Falconridge Lab by Shoppers Drug Mart.. Out in under 30 minutes with a full waiting room over that period.

Feel bad for the staff who have to turn people away who think this is a walk in. People get aggressive not realizing that the staff don't make the rules. Im sure this impacts their overall score. I have never had a bad experience there and with an appointment you're in and out.

Had the best blood work experience of my life. The fact they don't do walk ins I feel helps the quality of appointments greatly. The appointment was perfectly on time, it was at 3:40 and at 3:41 I was walking out. I value a clinic who values my time. It was clean, quiet and felt nice and new. I will return here even if it adds a week to my booking times.

First off closing time is wrong on Google maps not noon it’s 4PM Monday to Friday.

I came here for lab tests, and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The intake was quick, and they had me in the room at my scheduled time with basically no wait. The lady taking my blood was very patient with me asking a ton of questions, and answered them all more than she really needed to. Parking was easy as well, it's just a shared lot with all the other businesses here. I will definitely come back the next time I need my lab tests done!

This was the best experience I have had in my life getting blood tests.
I'm on the spectrum and have a needle phobia. I'm normally very stressed with crowed and noisy places on top of getting a needle so this was amazing.
The staff and technicians were so nice and accommodating.
My husband was allowed in there to keep me calm. They made no fuss about it.
The lab technicians was smart and so skillful. The needle was hardly painful and normally my arm bruises and hurts for days but this time my arm felt normal withing half an hour.
I will always go back there from now on. You have the best staff and you keep the place feels so much cleaner then other places.
I don't know the name of the technician that did the blood draw from me, but she is smart, skillful, and so nice and was so enjoyable to talk to. If you know who she was give her a raise please. She deserves pay equal to her skill.

It was a wonderful experience. The lady at the Lab side not at the AHS side was very welcoming and she had me in the room on time for my appointment.
This is next door to the Dental clinic because there are no signs on the building it's hard to spot.The timing are not correct on Google because it says it open at 9 but my appointment was at 810am.
Before booking 1 last thing it's right next to a school so 8am was not the best time but 830am the area was empty and easy to get out.
