I have no idea where to start with how amazing this service was. When I first walked into the store I was immediately greeted with a big smile and a welcoming environment. I had talked to Mark and I had explained to him what my issue was. Immediately, he understood the underlying issue and he had presented me with a solution. I had come into the store with a blue screen defect on my computer. He gave me a solution by saying he could install a new hard drive as well as a new version of windows 11. When I asked him what the price was for this service, he was very considerate on the price and offered me a discounted price from what the original price was. I had told him that I will come back the next few days with my computer.

Upon calling mark back I had told him that I wanted to go through with the fix and that my fiance would be dropping my computer off as I was not able to at the time. A few hours later my fiance had picked up my computer and had told me about how nice mark was to her.

Thank you very much for your service mark. It’s unbelievable how fast and smooth my computer runs now. I appreciate everything and all the kindness and professionalism you have provided for me.

Marco is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and fixed a problem in a laptop that would have just led us to buying a new computer if he hadn't been able to figure it out. His prices are reasonable as well.

Had an issue with my speakers on my laptop that did not want to play sound. After getting no where with MemoryExpress and them wanting $55 for a diagnosis I went here instead. Behind the counter is a very kind and profesional man who was able to fix the issue in under two minutes. Will exclusivly be taking my buisness here.

Marco and the team were just phenomenal! Extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue I had with my laptops battery. Marco explained in great detail how to take care of my laptop and how to pro-long its life! The battery came very quickly once ordered and was notified immediately when it arrived. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Outstanding service. My laptop was in need of repair or replacement I was unsure what to do. Marco knew instantly what was wrong with my computer and provided multiple options for repair/upgrade.
