It has been a pleasure to deal with Cal-Imaging for our office printers/supplies. The staff and management are top notch in providing customer care. We have been using Cal-Imaging for about 6 years now. They have always given us exemplary service from filling our parts orders to service calls.
We have a large front office and factory employing approximately 250 staff.
We have purchased 12 machines from Cal-Imaging. Four of them are high usage , 4 are medium grade, and the last 4 are basic machines.

Mike at Cal-Imaging was instrumental in reviewing our past printer leases where he pointed out the terms were not in our best interest and took the time to explain fully what machines and options were best for the different locations. They never tried to sell us something we did not need and we appreciated the honesty.

Some of our machines are in a very dusty environment requiring more maintenance but we have never had issues after a service call. Their service technician Javier is one of the most knowledgeable in western Canada; and he takes great pride in what he does.

The sales staff are professional and we have always received out orders in a timely manner. The receptionist is very helpful and pleasant.

Moving to Cal-Imaging was one of the best decisions we made and have never looked back. We highly recommend them to anyone! You will certainly not be disappointed.

Incredible customer service! Both Mike and Javier were great and were able to diagnose and fix our printer quickly, even with the 1.5 hr drive to reach us. I highly recommend them. Nothing but happy with the care they put in. 🙂

I spoke to Mike and seems you want to get paid for service that has not been performed, the tech visited my store promised to get the part needed and comes back. When he couldn’t find the part, you send me a ridiculous invoice for $136.45
I will right it as a review for you, so people can be aware of the service you do.
