Waldo had his first full day at Camp Cookstown and came home played out and ready for a great nights sleep. The staff at the Camp were friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a full report about his day. We will definitely be back.

My dog had his first experience at camp Cookstown yesterday😃 he’s an extremely nervous dog and the moment I arrived, Hannah treated my dog with patience and kindness. When I picked up my dog, Hannah gave me a detailed account of my dog’s day. She made me feel at ease and I am extremely confident with the staff at camp Cookstown. We have loved our experience so far at Camp Cookstown. Our pup is used to being around us 24/7 since we both work from home, so it has been hard to teach him to stay home alone, especially for long periods. We looked into it here because the idea that he would get to hang out with all the other pups and sleep next to them made me feel more comfortable leaving him. We didn't realize just how amazing the staff would be and how attentive they were. The team goes above and beyond, and they truly care about your dog's well-being. They even handfed our pup when he was anxious and kept an eye on him to ensure he was doing well. They have a great system and staff, and I fully trust them with our dog!

A lot to like here. Very friendly staff who seem to really care. Great updates via Instagram which is so nice. A very thorough system in place to make sure the dogs will transition well into overnight care. Junior had a great time! I highly recommend!

Koda had a blast at Camp Cookstown, I love that they had her for a trial night before we go away, to be sure she would feel comfortable spending the night. The communication was amazing! So happy to have found somewhere safe for our pup. Photo of our exhausted pup post camp!

Great first visit for my 13 week old puppy. Already planning my next visits. Staff are outstanding and really care for the dogs in their charge. Definitely would recommend Camp Cookstown to anyone looking for a first class doggie daycare.

Many people love this place. I didn’t have a positive experience here, my dog did the ‘tests’ and I wasn’t given a straight answer on whether he passed or not. Seems like if you don’t have, what they see as a perfect dog, you won’t be allowed to board your dog. Reminds me of the elitist behavior of some breeders. A lot of the negative reviews of this place mentioned dogs getting injured, my dog is sick and lethargic after visiting for the test. Probably not a coincidence.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Camp Cookstown. I brought my 4 month old Chappy to the camp.. he loved it and was exhausted for almost 24hrs..That picture is what he looked like when we were on our way home! The setup they have is amazing and when I went for my meet and greet I was absolutely floored how everybody got along and were all playing in the pools and mud pit and with each other.. I really couldn’t believe my eyes! The girls that work there are the nicest and very knowledgeable on how to introduce a new dog to the pack without any problems. The dogs are so well looked after and happy it makes you feel so secure about leaving your fur baby there! My little Chappy is being so well socialized with the girls as well as the pack...he has learned a lot and I see a huge difference in his behaviour since I have taken him to the Camp! I started bringing him last week and I have put him in the camp for three days already and it is well worth the money and to know in your heart that your best friend is in a great place and having the time of his life.
