10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is not helpful and is a waste. The live support never has an agent available. I've been trying to cancel for a whole month! And the emails about canceling are not consistent. First email looks like great your done perfect. Then it charges me again and all the sudden I need call or live chat, but NO ONE is ever available on live chat. Then in terms and conditions it says I can only call to cancel and need 30 days notice. It's a money pit! Do not use them

This company is a scam! I’ve been an entrepreneur in the web business since the late 1990s, building and using multiple email marketing platforms. I have always prioritized fair pricing and service, quickly canceling accounts and charges for clients who opt out. My experience with this company was wholly negative. First, the local sales rep, Connor, was pushy from the start. I decided to test their services with a live client whose email list contained about 10,000 clean contacts. Previously, the same list on a previous platform had an open rate of around 27%. However, using this platform, our open rate dropped to less than 3%, and many emails were sent to spam, indicating potential technical issues or possible blacklisting. I was supposed to be charged $59 per month, but after requesting cancellation through support—where Connor was unhelpful and then unresponsive—I was billed double for the next two months at $95 per month, which is the rate for a list of 25,000 or more. After pushing harder, the account finally closed, but another month’s payment was charged. To make matters worse, three months later, I was randomly charged $46. Their support team failed to resolve any of these issues. In summary, this company’s platform caused technical harm to my business, and their billing practices are predatory. You risk repeated charges, a lengthy dispute, and significant wasted time. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Bad. Software is ancient (I'm not sure it changed in over a decade of using the service) and counterintuitive, and they require 30 days (!) notice to cancel, which means when you do cancel they charge you another month anyway, which I've never seen in another comparable service. Glad to be done with them. Would not recommend.

Service is the worst EMS I have ever encountered. Constant timeouts when creating contact lists and segments. Not to mention the unbelievably limited design elements. I wouldn't recommend this for the most limited of budgets. BONUS: Limited Customer Service support, they time out after 2 minutes of no response. 0/10 would not recommend.

Campaigner is the WORST emailing marketing company. Avoid them at all costs. They over charge & after you cancel your account they keep charging you. Their emails get flagged so none of your clients will get the emails.
