I waited 25 min for something that should have been a quick purchase since I knew exactly what I wanted. There were only 2 other customers in the store (one was an elderly lady that just wanted to buy a new PC and they didn't help her whatsoever, she probably had no idea what she even bought). I wanted to support a Canadian business but afterwards I should have just bought the stuff off Amazon.

The back section is cordoned off because they're short staffed but that's been like that for at least a year. No other Canada computers I've been to is like that. Seems like a pain in the ass for the staff to deal with.

I want to buy a new computer/monitor set up. It is really overwhelming when you are not sure what you are looking for. I have an injury and am not able to walk at this time so coming in to chat wasn't an option. Last week, I called and left a detailed message and requested a call back...haven't heard from them. After reading some of the reviews on here, it sounds like I will not be getting a call back and will have to take my business elsewhere. I am disappointed as I really didn't want to go to the big box stores but oh well.

I don't think I've ever dealt with people less willing to make a sale at any retailer. Normally if you're shelling out thousands of dollars, retailers would jump to make small accommodations such as shipping a component to seal the deal. Seems like these guys don't want the business. Their loss, I guess!

Very poor customer service experience, as if they actively didn't want to help me. I had to make suggestions for them to even try, and the rep was EXTREMELY begrudging and rude about it. Very poor communication from the sales reps as well. Drove an hour just for them to tell me they couldn't help me after saying when I called ahead that they could if it wasn't busy (I was the only customer in the store). Honestly I would pay extra elsewhere not to have to deal with these reps that make me feel like I'm a burden ruining their day just trying to get their help shopping there. I'll be taking my $3000 somewhere else to someone willing to take it.
