I had such a frustration as my laptop went down and won’t turn on and when I opened back panel it one of the component was a bust I went here and there could not find anyone and at the end he came to rescue efficient and fast. I was really grateful for his help. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to write this. I brought my water-damaged school laptop to Sam, and he treated me with such care and honesty. He explained everything clearly, was incredibly patient, and didn’t even charge me for diagnosing the issue. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

We talked about trying to recover my important data later, and Sam kindly offered to help after that was done but I haven’t been able to reach him since. I’ve called a few times and noticed the business is temporarily closed.

Sam, please if you see this ,thank you for everything. I hope you’re okay. Please reach out when you can. I’d still love to have your help if possible

This guy is Awesome !!!! Trust me. I had a hinge issue with my laptop and given to a store in STC for repair. First of all, they couldn't fix it and gave me back in very bad condition. I was about to lose my LED screen due to gluing from previous guys. This guy saved me. Sam is reliable and he gives genuine feedback at the beginning. That helped me to save my dollars. If I went to him first, I would have saved more bucks.

Fixed my laptop battery not charging and motherboard burn. Throughout the entire time he spent fixing my laptop he was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. He also showed me pictures of the what was happening when i asked. He also cleaned my laptop and applied thermal paste without me asking. Prices were fair and was way faster and straight to point compared to Canada Computers who didnt help me with my problems like Canada Computronix did. Would highly recommend if you are in need of a repair!!

On a Saturday night, I accidentally spilled some water on my laptop and as a result it just wouldn’t boot. I tried hard reset by unplugging everything and holding the power button for 30 seconds and also tried basic troubleshooting (attempting Startup repair in Advanced Start-up menu) but Windows just didn't load.
At this moment, I decided to go to Canada Computronix as the timings showed they were open on a Sunday evening (they work hard, eh!). Sam was quite friendly, polite and despite being busy he helped me almost immediately due to my urgency. Within half an hour Sam identified the main issue, the IC had got corroded due to the spill. They shared some pictures of my laptop’s mother board, fan area etc. showing the impacted areas, and then explained the repair process and costs involved. Within a couple of hours, the laptop was fixed that too at a genuinely reasonable price. Laptop has been working fine thus far and I am sure if any problem persists, Sam will take care of it. I would highly recommend their services for any kind of laptop / tablet / cell phone repairs as they are efficient, prompt and cost-effective.
