Great service, friendly and helpful employees. Goes above and beyond what you'd expect.

I bought two servers from the Canada Server Store. A Dell PowerEdge R730XD and a R740XD. The Owner was great at answering my questions, and I was very particular about what I wanted. And even parts that needed changing for whatever reason were replaced quickly.

I've purchased multiple servers from Dharmesh and had excellent service. Great place with great products. FiberSwitch works well too. Why would anyone buy new when you can get great products at half the price. Great value for money.

TL;DR WARNING they will claim there is a 3 day "handling period" that is not on their website or in any email. Dont pay for express shipping.

Ordered 4 drive trays on Friday, never received email confirmation of my order. Paid extra $50 for 2 day Shipping. I know Friday wouldn't ship but you'd hope that Monday they would ship the item and I could get it Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around and no email no trays nothing.

Called the support number and someone picks up and just a hello.. no business name, I had to ask who I'm speaking with and if i called the right number. This is not how you should answer the phone.

I asked about my order and if they sent a confirmation email. the order wasn't even processed yet. I asked why and received the answer "we have a 3 day handling period" My response was where was this posted and why wasn't this part of the transaction before wasting my money on express shipping. you pay for express shipping to get it within a specified period of time.

His answer was "its our policy." Ok, but where is this stated? when you pay for express shipping you should get some sort of notification that your order is received and will ship on X day.

"its on our website" was the answer... clearly this was a lie..
I asked why I never got an email confirmation of my order or even notification that you even received it. His answer was "we have too many packages to ship, we have packages sitting from last week."

I replied that the 3 day handling period is nowhere on your website or anywhere he could supply to me. I called him out on what was clearly a lie and he admitted hat there was no such policy he could show to me.

I didn't even get a concession or apology fort the lack of communication or that I had to call to get an email.

I still have not received a receipt for my order... but i did get a shipping confirmation. Avoid this store, there are better alternatives locally who want your business.

Purchased a used Dell R510 server thru ebay. Item was fine when it finally arrived. Seller was noted as "away" in ebay listing, (as set by Canada Server Store. ) Item shipped a week after their scheduled return date. Emails and voicemails were sent multiple times before they were replied to. I sent an email prior to buying asking if the server came with an internal drive cage, (wasn't noted in the description) was told yes but didn't arrive with one. In their defense they sent one out right away. Long story short what should have been an easy transaction was slow and painful.

Friendly and helping staff. Price was reasonable. 100% recommend for all Servers and computers requirements.
