Very bad customer service representatives and they know nothing about running an institution in Canada. The staff is totally unprofessional and they keep on tossing you around from Scarborough campus to Brampton, to Mississauga and other locations. Finally, they'll tell you to email the admin.
I'm really disappointed since yesterday, calling dozens of reps but no one helped me out how to login to my courses.
I didn't have such a bad experience with non Canadian institute.
