Strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Poor attention to detail.

It was my first time using their services (Orleans location) and it will be the last.

They did not take all my documents into account (missed one of my t4s), I brought this to their attention, they acknowledge the error and stated they would re process my taxes. I asked if their work is reviewed, Bob stated that indeed their work is reviewed. When I asked how this evident mistake could have occurred if there's a review process he stated they are very busy.

Given this is my first time soliciting their services, and such a evedent error took place, I have lost confidence in their ability to mitigate costly errors.

Save yourself the troubleand headaches and go elsewhere.

I do not recommend this tax company. My mom and I have used the services of the one in Elmvale for years, we were very satisfied with their services. We then went to another one at some point, that’s when we realized we were most likely getting significantly less return with this tax company for the many years we went there. I moved and decided to go to this one in Orleans, the man that took care of mine and of many other people’s taxes that day said a certain document did not need to be reported. Jesus helped me and had me randomly call the CRA to inquire. The agents told me I absolutely need to report that document or I would loose the return expected from filing that document. This company made a huge mistake that would have cost me a significant amount in taxes that I paid that would have never been returned to me. I thank Jesus for watching over me, otherwise I would have never known and I would have thought the little return I would have got was normal. I went and asked them to give me back my documents. They said they send the tax documents to some other office somewhere and receive the documents back once the filing is done so to come back another day to take my documents. I let them know that I will not be using their services and to cancel my filing, which thanks God wasn’t done yet. I went to file elsewhere and got the expected return. I thank Jesus everyday for it. I would have paid so much taxes with so little return. That was last tax season. I debated writing a review, but I realized a review helps other individuals not loose a lot of money that they will never get back. So here you have it. Hope this helps.

I had a terrible experience with this tax filing company. They made a mistake on my tax return and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to help me correct it. To make matters worse, they told me to contact their subcontractor even though I never signed any agreement with them.

It's unacceptable that a company that specializes in tax filing would delegate their work to subcontractors without taking full responsibility for their services. Not only did this subcontractor make a mistake on my taxes, but the tax filing company also failed to take ownership of the error and help me correct it.

As a result of their negligence, I had to spend countless hours trying to get in touch with the subcontractor and fix the mistake on my own. This caused me unnecessary stress and frustration, not to mention the financial repercussions of having an incorrect tax return.

I would strongly advise against using this tax filing company, as they do not provide reliable or trustworthy services. Look for a more professional and accountable tax filing service to handle your finances.
