Our company uses PSA and recently became users of their latest CRM, Proven Solutions. PSA effectively collects all aspects of job management and accounting while managing workflows within the various processes. This is not an easy feat to accommodate contractors in the property restoration industry. The learning curve to a system like this is steep. Don't think you are going to jump in and have it down in a month or two. It takes and investment in time to change over into a system like this and to retrain your staff on using the tools and and workflows to better manage their projects and your business. We have over 100 employees, so our learning curve has taken some time. The CRM (Proven Solutions) is icing on the cake and while we are entry level users to that, very excited to have another tool that is communicating real time with everything else. Tech support is good. Squeaky wheel definitely gets the grease, but what we love about PSA is their ability to listen and make changes to customize where other systems we have had in the past are very off the shelf with little customization options.

We have used PSA / Canam Systems since 2011. It is the best decision our company could have made due to 1) instant visibility of job costing, and 2) integrating our cleaning, restoration, accounting and WIP management software and requirements all in one program!. Prior to PSA we had one program for cleaning, Quickbooks for accounting and another for restoration and none of them integrated with the other to get the information we needed!
It was difficult at first to learn the WIP accounting program and get all our information into the system but let's face it- over the 40 yrs we have been in business we have NEVER had an easy software implementation- it is just normal to struggle with learning a new program, getting all the staff to learn the new software and transferring all our existing data over while running the business! But, the PSA staff is great and I highly recommend paying for unlimited support while getting everything implemented! We STILL pay for unlimited support because "stuff just happens" and when we have questions- we want them answered right away. PSA does allow paying for customization if you have special systems or requirements and can make any changes you need!
Great program, user friendly, integrates A/R, A/P, Financials, Job Costing, Customer information, Marketing Sources and Restoration Visibility all in one!

We've been using PSA web and mobile for a few years now. Like any new system, it takes a bit of adjusting, but overall, this is a great system for the price. It has helped us keep track of our customer requests and information in a more organized and streamlined way. It also sync's with Quickbooks Online which makes life a bit easier. And unlike many large software companies where suggestions often go by the wayside, we've seen PSA actually implement some of our suggestions, and overall greatly improve their app features in the last year. Also, should you ever need any help, their support staff is generally responsive and easy to work with.

We are just going through the initial setup and training of the software but so far the PSA team has been great to work with. I had a minor issue early on, which was more of an interpretation misunderstanding, but the PSA Team handled it appropriately and I was also able to speak with the President who took the time to speak about it. It's also great to be able to support a Canadian Technology company!

We've been using Canam Systems for the last few years and the transition to their company was a game changer. The software is very user friendly an efficient- being able to easily navigate through an app is highly appreciated, given it's not always the case with other apps. They offer so many resources whether it be their user conferences or just a simple phone call to ask some information/ get tech support, they always step up to the plate and are a reliable resource to our company that we greatly value.
