I had supported an online silent auction for a fundraiser and purchased a print from Cancadd back in Dec. I'm still waiting on them to reply to my inquiry... So much for "We will get back to you right away". Been almost 3 weeks. REVIEW UPDATE: Jamie reached out directly to me and was very helpful. Good recovery job with the customer service. I look forward to working with you guys and seeing what you can do. This review went from a 1 STAR to a 4 STAR... Maybe a 5 once I see the final product.

charged a truly exorbitant price of $45.70 to photocopy 24 pages. They said they had to scan in order to copy but did not tell us in advance. Called them but they were not helpful at first but I then emailed them and they agreed not to charge me acknowledging that they did not explain their pricing to me in advance. I appreciate them acknowledging this. A couple of weeks later I received an email from the owner also recognizing that they had originally charged me the wrong price by mistake. I do appreciate this and the fact that the company did respond and correct the situation. Given this I would now certainly recommend them!
