This story was very disappointing to me. I made an online purchase which was great but they were not open. They took my money out of my account, they did not answer the door so I could pick up my purchase nor will they answer their phone. I thought I was dealing with a professional shop owner. This place is a complete joke and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I still have not received my product or refund. Looks like the shop owner is aware they are jokes I'm sure this will be reported as computer-generated fake review. Like I said unprofessional. Going to the back door of any shop is a sketchy situation please don't shop here. There is another shop in town with incredibly friendly staff and an actual store to walk in none of this back door bull poo poo. This place has ripped me off $123. I've never been so disappointed in a store and my whole life.

Andrea has reached out to me, she has canceled my order and I get my money back in 3 to 5 business days. Not cool to wait so long for money but whatever. Still not going back still don't recommend. But at least the customer service is decent.

Amazing store, staff are super helpful, great variety of product. The hours are great, anytime I’ve placed an order online it’s ready in under 5 mins.

l'll not likely buy again because of doubles on my Bday I'm so special I might be the only one. It can mean "so you have to die" among other things and I have my thoughts on the devil.

This place reminds me of buying from old dealers. You get to the front which is locked and a sign that tells you to go to the back. You walk into this dirty gravel driveway/alley and then ring a door bell and wait forever to see if someone shows up.... Come on, Cannabis is legal now, why would you present an old trash dealer atmosphere for your store? Talked to the lady there and she said it is because of a school in the area. So basically it boils down to the fact the owner was not smart enough to source the location before setting up shop. If I return to Wingham, I will try the other shop but not going back to this weird alley again.

Small variety. The staff are super nice. They are convenient for just a stop and go kind of place. I personally won’t go anytime after five because I find that area kind of sketchy and the way you get your weed “old-school” (if you don’t know you have to walk into a weird back of a plaza and ring a door bell) I personally believe that they would succeed more by moving their location as apparently they’re not allowed to open the front of the store, which doesn’t make much sense to me as there is another cannabis place around the corner.

Friendly staff, great selection and amazing prices. I might be a little biased but Tyler is very knowledgeable with all the products, has trained the staff well and they all do a great job. I would not go anywhere else. Regulations forced the store to use the back entrance but they made the best of it and personally, I prefer doing so, as it allows for some privacy in a small town.

Very weird way of buying products..it’s legal now, so there’s no reason to make it look like some kind of illegal deal & instead have an actual store like NB!
