The service went above and beyond with no rushing or pushing you to buy the most expensive eye glasses. They let you take your time and are extremely professional and friendly. Will definitely continue using this place and great service .

Alex responded to my inquiry within minutes and every follow up meeting from estimate to work completion was done punctually and to exact specifications. This is a small business but he functions and is equipped to higher standards than many larger competitors.

Today my husband called 4 times, to see if his glasses were ready to be picked up. He left a message. Finally reached someone for them to tell him we’ll call you back. They called back at 4:30 told us we had to be in by 5 to get them today. We rushed our kids into the truck drove the 25 minutes even called when we’re within minutes away to be told you only have until 5. Then we get there with a few minutes to spare before 5 and their door is locked. They looked right at us as they left. My husbands been wearing broken hockey taped glasses for 2 weeks and it’s been an absolute horrible day trying to get ahold of anyone to see if one pair is in. Absolutely disgusted at the customer service and as life long customers we will be moving to a different company.

Went in to get my eyes checked. The contact lenses they ordered me made my vision in my left eye super blurry. I tried to book a follow up appointment to have this rectified and they were going to "maybe" charge me "depending on the doctor". Why should I be paying if they got my prescription wrong, or measured my eye incorrectly Should that not be the clinics responsibility? It's expensive enough as it is. What a total rip off.

Glasses prescription is blurry in the left eye as well. Glad i ordered glasses trusting that the prescription was done right. Will have to go somewhere else to get my eyes checked, and pay out of pocket for another pair now. I would never go back to this place.

The staff is amazing! The front staff are always smiling and friendly, the optometrist was so patient with my dad who has dementia and especially to our optician Laura. She has always made me feel like she is there to help me even after the sale. She is always smiling and super friendly.
