Very bad customer service...I wish If I could I would give 0 star.I had to take passport size photo for my one month old. I called and asked if needed appointment and how much is the price. The guy told me its $24.99 and we can come in anytime.Also advice no white clothes for the baby. So we decided to go in . My baby was very cooperative and photo was done in minutes. When doing the payment they said for babies its $34.99. I told them clearly what they said over the phone and they were like not accepting what is their mistake. Also not very polite. Why would you lie in the first place just to get business. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Needed photos for permanent resident card. Service from the photographer was very swift, professional, and friendly. They clearly knew what they were doing, answered our questions, and were really helpful. We browsed their collection of albums and frames and were impressed with the selection!

I took a really precious heirloom to Carmen's for a custom framing - a guitar pick used by Johnny Cash, along with a photo of my great grandmother with the man himself. The lady I worked with was not only very knowledgeable, but caring and creative in the way she handled and framed my items. I've actually had the finished product for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it was worth every penny. Museum grade glass was used in order to prevent any further UV damage, and the custom frame is seamless. Seriously, if you have something that is precious to you that you want to preserve, I can not speak highly enough of my experience. The work that was done on this piece was loving, competent, and adhered to the high standard of quality I hoped for. Nothing but love.
