Trop cher pour juste la vue! Chambre bas de gamme. Pas de petit déjeuner inclus et nourriture restaurant très grasse! Frites surgelées cuites dans une vieille huile... A fuir!
Si vous vous arrêtez pour la vue, camper sur la plage.

Belle endroit tres prope regarder les photos poir le menu resto .internet comprit petite plage eau clair dans le lac erie wow! Petit bemol,pas de micro onde dans les chambres mais jai demander a la reception de rechauffer mon plat.et pas bcp de service au allentour,le village le plus proche est a 20km avec plus de service mais je ne vous conseil pas les 2 motel la bas😖.le reste regarder les photos ..

I am so disgusted and offended with the front desk service. I was double-charged for a room and the attendance refused to refund me the difference. It was a booking issue on the hotel's end and he refuses to accept responsibility despite admitting fault over the phone in our first conversation about it. Since the ownership/management has changed in recent years, there is a very palpable change in customer service and standards. I am sure if he even sees this, he will simply dismiss me and/or try to put it back onto me. Totally unacceptable and I will be pursuing this with the credit card company, which will then take it up with him.

It was a booking issue on the hotel's end and they refuse to accept responsibility despite admitting fault over the phone in our first conversation about it. At that time they agreed to remedy the issue: The next time I would not he charged. When I was passing through again on my way down to Toronto and I went into the hotel and reminded them about what transpired over the phone last October, they would not have anything to do with me. This is not good customer service standards. I am sure if they even see this, they will simply dismiss me and/or try to put it back onto me.

We called and booked ahead of time to make sure that we were able to bring our tractors here and the man at the desk assured us that it was okay to do so. We showed up and had a polite conversation as we paid for the room... After getting our room and bringing in all our stuff, we made a couple of drinks... Not 20 minutes later we were a call from the front desk telling us that our trucks were disturbing other patrons. We tried to explain to him that with it being nearly 20 below that we needed to keep the trucks running. After repeated explanations we just decided to bring the trucks just across the road to the card lock fueling station. A highway Inn across the street from a truck fueling station slash Timmie's that won't take truckers. We were ice fishing 30 minutes north and met some local fishermen who told us the man at the Inn was a scammer. I will never stay here again. I just hope this review will be helpful in preventing future patrons from dealing with this.

Location is very nice by the water. First time staying there we were given a room in motel to the right of restaurant. We have a sm service dog. Extra $ added. Room was fairly clean, newer flooring. Booked again and was given a room in the motel behind the restaurant. What a difference. Smelled like mildew, old carpeted floor that if it was vacuumed at all only the middle was. Dog kernels on the floor from the last dog. Mouse poop in the bathtub! So where else has this mouse been in this room? Yuck. And $120. Plus taxes! on a Monday night and no breakfast like most hotels offer. Won't be staying there again.
