ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I purchased a windshield for my golf cart on the website, as the website recommended by my year and model.
IT WAS THE WRONG ONE...I drove there in person 30 mins to exchange it so it wasn't damaged in shipping and they refused to exchange it because the plastic film was removed form the lower half...WHICH IS LITERALLY STEP 1 ON THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT CAME IN THE BOX. SAME INSTRUCTIONS I POINTED OUT IS ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE READ THEM TOGETHER - "Before installing be sure to remove plastic film."
Nope - "Try reselling in on Facebook Marketplace" I was told.
I should add they were ready to sell me the correct one...hah no thanks...never again.
$150 retail cost to insure you never hear from a customer again.
I didn't make a mistake...the website did...they admitted that.
Terrible decision...almost as bad as their service.
So much for trying to shop local...Amazon it is.

I have been dealing with these guys for a few years now buying parts and accessories for 2 different golf carts. Never had any issues until now, the lift kit I bought had parts that were not correct. Daniel is a rockstar, he made all the arrangements for me to get the proper replacement parts without any questions. Very good people. Came in late in the day for tires and rims. Didn't have the ones I was looking for mounted but still managed to get me on my way with tires and a lift kit. Excellent service. Look forward to dealing here again. Thanks tire guy for mounting tires quickly. Much appreciated. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for parts.
