I'm SO new to maps and GIS. Like, I can use a compass and all, but this is uncharted territory for me. As I've started to explore mapping options CartoVista has been head and shoulders above the alternatives. It was recommended to me after I asked about a solution that would have the depth that I'm after along with the easy of use that I obviously require.

The software is well-organized and has a level of depth that I'm not likely to ever get to the bottom of. It's easy to use and pretty intuitive over all.

I needed to dive into the support materials a few times and I found them to be clear and useful -- which was honestly a refreshing change. I was able to put together my first layers and stories with a good level of detail quite quickly.

What has really set them apart for me has been the support. The sales and technical support team have been friendly, thoughtful, and highly responsive. Not once did I feel like my requests were going into a black hole. They got back to me quickly with useful, actionable answers. They even jumped onto a call to help me troubleshoot an issue I was having with an integration and had it solved in minutes.
