バンフでお土産を探すなら一度は立ち寄りたいお店だよ。広い店内にはカナダらしいアイテムがたくさん揃っていて、メープルシロップや地元のクラフト品から、アウトドアグッズや服までいろいろ見つかるよ。旅行の思い出にぴったりなアイテムを探せるし、ギフト選びにも最適。スタッフも親切で、観光客にもフレンドリーだから、何か質問があっても気軽に聞けるのが嬉しいポイント。時間があれば、ぜひ立ち寄ってみて！

Zero stars for this store! We visited on August 29. While I was looking at t-shirts, an Asian staff member bumped into me twice without apologizing. When we were ready to check out, she rushed us to pay, even though my husband wanted to add one more item. I asked her to wait, but she said she was too busy, even though we were the only customers in the store.

We decided to leave, and when I told her that you need to have a better customer service, she said no needed!! I can't believe this store is still in business. Please avoid shopping here!

They have some really cute stuff in here but I came to buy a build your own log cabin and I can’t wait to build it. I bought a different version years ago as a kid and loved it so I was happy to see the kits here!

If there is a zero star, I definitely rate a zero for that shop. Today, 31/8, I visit the shop and find 2 gorgeous earrings that I wanna buy. I ask a black hair with gold tail lady to take out those rings for a closer look. But the first thing she tell me is the pice of each ear-rings and hesitantly to let me have a closer look. Her expression is soooooo ugly that make me feel sick and discriminated. I don't know whether she is a racist or just simply Asian-hated, what she behave really a shame. I leave the shop asap with my girl friend, and never visit it again!

Shop had clothing for adults that was a bit higher end. The 4 star rating is relative. Its a gift shop. There were lots of Banff branded jackets and themed gifts.

Went into the store July 31. To purchase 4 gift item which should be total 31with taxes. Just realized I been overcharged total is now 48 dollars on my bank card. This Asian woman at the cashier rob me. Not nice to treat visitors. You will lose more by robbing people remember that. Don’t shop at that store boycott them and check your receipt . Too bad there’s no zero stars
