Cody and Connor two very pleasant, helpful and extremely hard-working young men just finished loading all of my belongings into a truck. I was impressed at how snuggly everything was packed. I believe this has been the funnest move in 60 years. These young men have a wonderful sense of humor. They comported themselves in a professional manner throughout the day. I am pleased with the price of the move. I’m looking forward to having Cody and Connor unpack on the other end of this move next week. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about my recent move with Cassidy’s. Brett, Josh and Connor were professional and worked non stop. The office and warehouse staff were exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. Connor, we will have that tricky bit of carpet at the door fixed (hope the bruises weren’t too bad) and Fish, thanks for getting the stubborn dust off of that low hanging light fixture for us. Great navigating Brett! A superb team that made the day go by quickly, I appreciate you all SO much.

Cody and Josh did a great job! Both worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. They were both very personable and understanding of my particular set of circumstances (extracting my stuff from my roommate’s stuff). They arrived promptly in the morning and worked hard until the afternoon with few breaks. Thanks for making a difficult moment easy!

Had a great experience with Cassidy's from beginning to end. Excellent communication with Gord and Isaac while my stuff was in storage. The movers, Cody, Joal, and Kenny, were extremely efficient and professional. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and took special care when moving fragile and larger items. This was our first time with Cassidy’s Moving & Storage. On January 11, 2023 we relocated from Pembroke to Arnprior. We were really impressed with every aspect of this company from the first phone call with Jody for booking and all correspondence with Jody and Gord right through until saying goodbye to our moving team. It was clear that we were talking to people who knew their business. They wanted to deliver an excellent service with no surprises. They were honest and transparent and gave us a reasonable price. The movers Steve and Joel were phenomenal. Our team arrived on time and did a walkthrough before loading our belongings. Steve and Joel were extremely rapid and efficient, and well organized in the way they loaded the truck. They are hard working, swift and just ploughed through the work. These movers have years of experience. They were extremely careful in handling our belongings. The movers were friendly, calm, polite, helpful and personable throughout the move. We were unable to disassemble a queen size bed frame. The guys amazed us by moving it totally assembled. A dining room tabletop that we valued was carefully wrapped in a blanket by one of the movers. It was a smooth, hassle-free move.
We would highly recommend Cassidy’s Moving & Storage.

I had an AWFUL experience with Cassidy's Moving services and I hope no one has to ever go through the headache of having to deal with this company like how I did. The movers were in fact nice and did a good job moving our items (no complaints with the individual movers). However our items arrived 12 days later from when they were picked up. We moved from NB to Ontario which is only a 10 hour drive. Our move was suppose to be simple and quick given that we only had about 6 boxes, 1 bed and 1 dresser in total (the movers even joked about how quickly they would get home to Ontario from NB that same night after packing our items). The movers took down our new address and told us it would arrive the next business day, which it did not. I had to call multiple numbers to finally get the answer that our items were going to sit on the trailer in Pembroke for the next 12 days. One representative assured me they were within their contract to deliver our items this late being that it was a busy week for them. When I asked why they don't hire more workers or rent more trucks in order to simply meet their demand I was told they wont do that. When speaking to a different representative we were told that our items were scheduled on the last possible delivery day simply because it lined up with a different delivery, which allowed Cassidy's Moving to make more money/profit (the rep literally said this!). Moreover, when I explained the situation to various reps, they were unsympathetic and very unwilling to correct their mistake or find a way for us to obtain our items in a timely manner. Moving with basically no furniture and just boxes should not take 12 days...
You are 100% better off using any other local company or renting a truck yourself for the day. Absolutely not worth the headache, the time and the frustration with their policies designed to profit this company's pockets with no regard for their customers.
I will never be using this company again and I will assure to never recommend Cassidy's Moving services to anyone. On the contrary, I hope I can save someone from the distress and greed of this company.

Two drivers one driver who is driving( old guy) another sitting on passenger seat(middle age) dont know how to drive on highway near sudbury bypass highway . Today on 7th june 2024 between 06:10 pm to 06:30pm . I am also a truck driver , my truck was at105km/hr usually our cruise set at 100km/hr . These driver first slow down when we both are in same lane but when i went to pass out he speed up again slow down again speed up for 20 minutes afterwards this old guy who was driving look out through the window and laugh then agin speed up may be at 110km/hr . Just tell them if they guys want to go fast then go if they went to go slow they can go slow but please dont do these activities on passing. Driving is not a joke . Be serious while driving .
