Poor customer service, refused to send mail through purolator due to the senders name. Do your job.

Back story to this: my mom suspended the worker when she taught him over 20years ago. He didn’t want to send the package due to that.

Extremely friendly staff and well organized. I ordered a log-splitter and utility trailer on a Friday for pickup on Monday at 10:00 am. Got there at appointed time and it was loaded, ready to go. While I was doing the paperwork the yard guy hooked it up to the truck and all set to go. Whole thing took about 15 minutes. It was equally as easy when I returned it.
