High five to Catalyst Commons' shared office space and their entire team! I love working from there weekly! They have created such a beautiful community of people! My special day to go is on Wednesdays! They have pop-up lunches from different vendors each week, and Christie Collins, who arranges them, sure knows how to pick the most delicious options! We recently hosted a soft launch event at Catalyst Commons and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space is stunning — modern, spacious, and ideal for experiential events or product launches.

A huge thank you to Amelia Grant and Erica Howes for their incredible support from start to finish. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and care made the entire process seamless.

I regularly uses Catalyst Commons for hot-desking and meetings with my colleagues and it's always a positive experience. Recently, we hosted a three-day on-site for 25 of our colleagues here, utilizing the atrium and the adjoining boardroom. This space worked perfectly for our needs. The boardroom allowed for collaboration with the entire group while the atrium allowed us space to spill out for socializing and breakout sessions. The staff was friendly and provided excellent support throughout our event, ensuring its success. I would definitely recommend Catalyst Commons to anyone looking to host such an event.

Simply stellar!

I found myself in Waterloo for an entire week, far from my desk in Toronto, and desperate for a place to settle and work. Normally I would find a cafe or bite the bullet and work in my car. But with COVID and the heat wave, neither was a viable option.

The fine folks at Catalyst Commons set me up with a weekly pass that gave me full access to the entire facility. The app was easy to use so that I could come and go as I needed to. The working space itself was huge and abundant. If you’re a bit of a roamer like me, you’ll be pleased to know that there’s lots of places and views for you to sit and work, including call rooms for ultimate privacy.

What really surprised me is how CC maintains the trend of abundance and features in every way. Snack bar, filtered water, espresso machines, clean cutlery and plates. In the bathroom, you have full showers that further accommodate several life and work styles.

Lastly, the thing I appreciate most was how friendly the community was. Everyone is open to talking and helping out. And if you’re a little stressed, you may find a fluffy friend roaming around ready to help centre yourself again.

Honestly, Catalyst Commons wrote the playbook for the best co-working space. If I ever find myself in Waterloo again, I know where I’ll be going.

I’ve been using Catalyst Commons for the past three months, and I must say it has been a fantastic experience.

First off, the amenities are excellent. They provide quality coffee, open and collaborative workspaces, and host regular pop-up lunches and yoga sessions, which really help break up the day and keep things fresh. These little extras make the workspace feel more like a community rather than just an office.

One of the best aspects is the opportunity to meet and network with like-minded professionals. The environment is both productive and socially engaging, which has allowed me to make some great connections while getting work done.

Lastly, the staff is incredibly responsive and always on hand to help with anything you might need, making the experience even smoother. If you’re looking for a dynamic, well-rounded workspace in Kitchener, I highly recommend Catalyst Commons!
