If a 0/5 rating was possible, that’s what they would receive. Placed an order over two months ago. Emailed a half dozen times the last month to find out the status. Finally had to call and cancel the order as they didn’t reply to any of the emails.

Lots of bad reviews here but my experience was very much the opposite. I ordered a printer from a manufacturer's website which offered next day delivery. Next day came and went, no printer. I called the number attached to the order and it put me through to CDW. They told me that printer is back ordered and the next shipment is in two weeks.

I needed that printer for my business, my existing one had broken and I can't operate properly without a printer. I emailed the manufacturer and asked why they would advertise next day shipping on an out of stock item and what they would do about it.

Apparently they forwarded my complaint to CDW because the next day I received an email first thing in the morning from CDW apologizing and saying they have no control over the manufacturer's shipping times but they would refund my entire shipping cost (not cheap) as a result of the delay.

I worked in a warehouse when I was young and I understand the imposition they've been put in by the manufacturer overpromising on their website. That they were willing to take accountability for a problem they didn't cause and responded immediately to both my call and email tells me a lot about this company.

If anything goes sideways I'll update this review, but I've been told the same information by two different reps so I believe I'll have my printer at the end of next week and in the meantime I guess I'll be giving some business to my nearest print center.

Ordered a monitor. Then no contact the company for a month. The item was apparently delayed, but no notice of this on their website or via email. Once the order was shipped, they used the wrong shipping method. I had paid for expedited, but they used normal UPS ground.

Impossible to contact by email; I was told by a customer service rep to always call, despite them having an email.

Have been trying to contact this company for 2 weeks. Email goes no where, on the phone they just pass me on and on and on till I hit a voicemail the. Have to call back to do the same thing. I just want to know where my order is and if not sent an eta.... but no one can answer that.

Ordered components and order was canceled by them without notification nor warning. Scummy behavior. 0/5 if possible

absolutely no way to contact them, calling will just put you back into a loop, the chat option said they are online but when you use it it'll say they are offline

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Absolutely abysmal, incompetent reps who cannot figure out how to do their jobs.
