ATTENTION FRAUDE j'ai commandé un téléviseur 42 pouces j'ai reçu une 32 pouces USAGÉS je l'ai retourné il mon donné une autorisation de retour après leur avoir fourni le modèle et le numéro de série qui se trouvait sur la TÉLÉ que j'ai reçue je leur est aussi mentionné, que la boîte avait plusieurs couches de tape d'emballage comme si elle avait été ouverte quelquefois, après avoir retourné la télé il refuse le remboursement. bestbuy devrait choisir mieux leur partenaire d'affaires, très déçues, jamais plus bestbuy en ligne

Service client super! Il m'a remboursé un peu plus que ce que j'avais payé pour un envoi express qui, finalement, allait prendre le même temps que l'envoi régulier. Il m'a rappelé dans l'heure qui suivait mon message et c'était réglé.

I've been FRAUDED by his "Bestbuy Marketplace seller". I bought a new printer. On arrival, the printer was not only smashed (which could of been in transportation) but also, the wires were cut and pieces missing. The seller is not responding to my request for exchange after knowingly selling me a defect product. Notice that the box is perfect condition

There is no 0-star option that's why I can't give this place 0 star.
Customer service is terrible. A guy name ARMAAN doesn't know how to talk to customers.
He sold me a printer, I called him to complain that this printer is not working properly and he was not ready to listen to me. He started getting aggressive on the phone.
I brought that printer to return in his shop he refused to return it and said the black ink is out that's why it is not working I printed only a couple of pages how come its ink is out? When I asked him he started yelling at me and said I deserve customer service like this only.

I was nicely talking to this guy on the phone and when I came to his shop also but instead of solving the issue he was exaggerating it and was not accepting what he gave me broken printer. in the end, he agreed to change the ink again he took out the ink from another used printer and didn't even give me new ink cartilage. I came home and the printer didn't work again. I wasted my money and had worse customer service.
Overall, worse experience. I will never recommend this place to buy anything unless you like rude customer service and defective products.

If you buy something off Best Buy make sure it's not fulfilled by these scam artists. After paying $441.59 for a T248 steering wheel set the buttons started to wear. I started a return and they didn't respond. I got Best Buy involved they responded with a shipping label, great. I sent it back and they responded that it was my fault the buttons were my fault and billed me $150.49. I've since gotten my money back from Best Buy.

Bought a robo dog from them to realize after a few days one of the legs stopped working, upon taking it back the sales rep alleged that my kid had dropped it down and hence the device got damaged. It’s something worth $100 so I am not going to sweat on it but I felt a bit ripped off and thought the sales rep being unauthentic. Just to add this was a replacement unit since the first one I bought had the same issue and he replaced it, so the same stuff happening again just makes me wonder the quality of the products they keep. In general a bad experience just would like to bring awareness to other buyers.

He stole parts out my phone and it stopped working I brought it back for him to fix he acted like he clueless
NOT TO MENTION HE doesn’t pay his bills and I was left without a phone for a couple days bc he couldn’t “fix” it without light !

Brought phone elsewhere and they fixed it for cheaper with better quality parts
