Amy Ens assisted us in finding the perfect lot to build our new home. She was very knowledgeable and upfront. We lived out of province and only had a few days to look at properties. Amy took time to take us to homes and lots that were available. She was so helpful and easy to talk to. Finalizing the purchase from out of province was not stressful due to Amy’s professionalism. We are grateful that we had Amy to help us with the transition to beautiful Rossland.

Our realtor, Dave Gibson, has been extremely helpful with the sale of our home. We started discussions months ago about what we should do to get our home ready to list. He has been nothing but helpful. If only he could have kept the cold temperatures away so we could finish one of our projects! Dave helped us focus on aspects that would generate interest from buyers, which was a huge help. Once our home was on the market, he has handled everything with through communications and explanations of the complicated process these transactions have become in today’s market. I would highly recommend Dave as both a seller’s agent and as a buyers agent.
