Service Ontario is the main attraction, but there are other businesses there as well.

Very hard to park anywhere near. Handicap doors don't work. Was there twice last week qith a friend in a wheelchair and both times the auto doors qhere not working. Service Ontario office seem to think theybown the whole main entrance. Staff tryed to give us a hard time for bypassing their line. We were not there to go-to their office.

Just went to service ont to do my handicap parking pass and was there for 1.5 hours busy place ,but the lady was good enough to come out and apologize for the delays which was very nice

Nice market with local crafts vegetables and fruit from the county. Sadly, the day I popped in, a young man was doubled over and passed out. I assumed it may have been drug related. Did not seem to bother anyone. Very sad
I left.

Home of the Lark restaurant, which gained a good reputation in the area, and the Qunite Corner Cafe, plus a convenience store and the Belleville Service Ontario Location. I gave stars for the Lark, but the building is kindve boring without it. The Service Ontario is the usual, relatively slow and often has lines. There are offices on the upper floors but mostly legal and financial offices. Definitely worth a stop for the restaurants, and if you live in the area you'll eventually be in for something from Service Ontario, but other than that you probably won't be in here much

I only went to service ontario, I did see more shops open but I didn't go upstairs or around the corner to see what stores were there, sorry, not much help here.
