Sales start off on a good foot. Rick and Clark came down to our shop to quote us for what we needed. The timeline on the installation was a little behind schedule but now a big deal. The quality of the installation was fairly good.

Where this all comes apart is in the after sales service. The booth was installed with a temp dial on the panel. I still haven't got a clear answer as to why it doesn't work. We get wild temperature swings when the outdoor ambient temp is between -10 to 15 degrees C. The indoor temp will range from 10 to 40 C depending on the outdoor weather. They have come back a few times to try to address the issue but every time, nothing changed. I lose half a day of production for them to go look at it.

I had to call the GFS directly to get answers, the tech that I got on the phone told me that our booth indeed does have a thermostat and that I should be able to adjust what the internal temp is from the inside and not have to climb up top to the Air Makeup Unit.

I called them a few times and sent them emails to give them the opportunity to make it right but the email I sent them went unanswered and the messages I left the installer when unread.

Closer to the end of the installation I had one of the contractors call directly demanding me to pay Certified Spray Booth so that they can get paid but in reality our bill had been cleared a few weeks prior.

Today one of the booths exhaust just complete stoped working. It has been only in use for 2 and a half years. This whole process has been a pretty big nightmare for us.

If you decide to go with Certified Spray booth I would highly recommend nail each and every single detail down with them.

These guys came in unannounced without asking and told us everything that was wrong with our paint booth. Then they had the nerve to call and report us to the city of Edmonton. Do your research before using these clowns.

These guys have the best service out of any booth company out there! From start to finish they were there, I had several questions and they were able to answer every one. Very professional, I highly recommend getting your booth or booth services from them!
