Posting this in anticipation, considering the other reviews. Tried to order a keyboard for my partner for Christmas, and was charged and had my order confirmed. However, it's been about two weeks since placing the order, and nothing has happened yet. No 'order picked'. Nothing. Tried calling but didn't even get a voicemail for a company and am completely unsure if this is even an actual contact for them. Sent an email and am waiting to hear back. Here's hoping more drastic measures don't need to be taken to get either the product or the refund.

Never received my product. Purchased through Walmart and no one has been able to reach the seller or issue me a refund. Phone number appears to be fake and no one will return my calls. After reading the comments in the reviews, appears to a common problem with this fake seller. DO NOT BUY from them.

Ordered a 400$ gaming chair through Walmart's website from them. Received a non-existing tracking number, so unable to know where my package is. Tried to call them, phone number is invalid. Tried to email them, no answer. Tried to contact them on Facebook, someone said they would look into it. 3 days later, no news. Buyers beware.

Stay Away from this company. I ordered an item from Walmart that didn't arrive and this company used fraudulent shipping numbers that said it was delivered. I tried multiple times to contact the company with no response. Walmart was also not helpful either. I have now been waiting over a month for my product with no resolution in site. Walmart doesn't want to refund me as this is through a reseller. BUYER BEWARE!!

A tv was purchased through Walmart using Choice Computer Technologies as a 3rd party. Still haven't received my television. Walmart keeps directing me to call the 3rd party. Calls go to voicemail. Still no response. No tracking information available.

Edit: After writing this review, I was required to contact the BBB of Alberta for this business, BBB of Ontario against Walmart as well as made a complaint through the Consumer Protection Act through the Government of Canada. I also started a fraud complaint through Walmart. I chose to pursue this route as I contacted Purolator and the tracking number I had been provided did not go back to any shipment and the Purolator employee told me it was fake. At this time I reported this to Walmart as a fraud and THEN I was issued a refund. At no point did this company make any attempt to have integrity or take any responsibility. So if you're ready to go through all that, then by all means, purchase through this company. This was the worst online purchasing experience of my life. This company has YET to call back and has not apologized for their poor business practices. I'm almost certain this is a scam. If you look up their address and Google it, it appears they operate out of a trailer park in Alberta.... So good luck and I hope Walmart has removed this company from their 3rd party distributor list by now. As a side note, I spent approximately 10 hours through Walmart in total trying to track down my shipment. You can see from the other 1 star reviews that multiple people have shared my experience. Put this place out of business.

Ordered a phone case on June 16 2020 and it still hasn’t arrived. My master card was charged for it. Get no response from emails or phone messages. Not too sure this business is real.
Update. October 2020
Got my money back in September. Took some doing on my part. Had I did nothing there was no way this guy was sending me a refund. The guy is either dishonest or unorganized.

I dont know what the hell happened over there, but they basically tried to scam me out of 260 bucks.

I ordered a keyboard from them that was in stock. They didnt ship the item 2 weeks after i ordered it. After a week with no notification that the item shipped, i emailed in and asked if there was any problem, which they never responded to. I tried to cancel the order after that, i tried emailing, calling, and using messenger over the course of a week but they completely ghosted me until i threatened to issue a chargeback (After which they refunded me).

Even after they issued me a refund, there wasnt even a hint of apology or anything resembling customer service. So thanks for wasting 2 weeks of my time, i could have ordered it from a place in america for cheaper but i saw these guys shipped faster and were Canadian so i figured i would support them. Not making that mistake again. I would have totally been cool with waiting this long if anyone *anyone at all* bothered responding to me and actually updated me on the progress of the order or explained why it takes them 2 weeks to ship an in-stock item.

My headset was purchased on Walmart.ca via Choice Computer Technologies, it was supposed to arrive last week.
Choice Computer Technologies doesn't answer any emails, Walmart apparently cannot contact them either.
They gave me a shipment tracking order number with PCLint, which is impossible to track. Do not buy any products from this seller.
I will start asking for my refund as I have no information about my order.
