This place says it's helping people, however when I was threatened by one of their clients while working. They protected him, by hiding him inside their office. And claiming client privacy, I was forced out of my job due to the threat towards myself and my family by clients. And yes police were called as well.

Tried to call for support, took me weeks to actually get ahold of someone only to basically be told to go away. It's cool that they help others but they were completely useless to me, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending, I ended up just hanging up.

Wealth of information for addicts. Endless resources for any personal issues. High turn over rate for staff members making it hard to get to know n relate to your counsellor.... When it already is hard enough to find one you mesh with. They try tho.
