Extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion from some of the volunteers who offer their support to this program. Not quite sure why they’re wasting their time when they have no respect for the people they’re supposed to be helping. My neighbour and I got snapped at by one of the volunteers when we went down to Century Village to sign up for the program. We had just been snapped at by the receptionist working for McDougall Insurance because we were standing in front of the door to their office. WE WERE 3 FEET AWAY!!! Anyway, next thing we know, we’re getting snapped at by this volunteer! Seriously, WE’D JUST MOVED!!! Wanna know what the volunteer said? She said, “they let us rent this office for cheap so we need to do as they say.” WOW, I don’t know who’s worse, the volunteers or the employees working for McDougall Insurance. Great Christmas spirit and community respect you guys got going on there. Hope you spread that kindness and generosity to others on a daily basis. Wouldn’t want anyone else to miss out!

The Belleville Christmas Sharing Program is absolutely amazing. They have helped me last year as well as a few people I know and it has been so wonderful and beautiful to see how many loving and caring people there is out there that donate and help with this program. I think it’s so amazing they have something like this to help families in need at this special time of the year.
