Sean is a fantastic IT Specialist who will find a solution to any problem. I reached out to Sean about my Microsoft Teams service and getting proper backup set up on it. Sean walked me through my current provider’s service offered which was certainly insufficient and made a couple of recommendations including moving the subscription over to a different provider, saving money and headaches if something does go wrong. We also realized that the best time to move it is when the subscription renews so we have set up a call to start the process 1 month before.
