the employee ranpreet got annoyed after me and my friend didn’t know how to use the id scanner becuase we have never been asked to and then rolled her eyes when we asked to pick our own scratch tickets when we went to pick the next one she was disrespectful and kept it out of arms reach from us and rudley insisted that we tell her which one we want and was aggressively counting out each one she pointed at until we told her which one to which she picked the wrong one. extremely unsatisfied with my visit today.

Most poorly ran variety store I have ever been in. There will always be a problem. The cashier will be on break, their terminals will be down, they be closed for upgrades etc etc. Today they had their drink coolers emptied into plastic bins with lids on them. Couldn’t even go in there to buy a drink without having to go on a scavenger hunt. Owner/operator should be ashamed. Do yourself a favour and go to Ken’s mini mart instead.

Ive had many good experiences here but.... Ok this will be an odd review. I walked to macs mildly drunk lol. I had the hiccups for like 2 hours straight... I was pissed at my body for keeping these going for so long. The young guy in the store told me "in my country hiccups means someone is missing you". I was angry but now I feel a little better and Happy he said that to me. That's the kind of customer service they have. They make ya feel better when you're upset lol. Again I know this is unusual but it's the kind of experience you remember.

i went to circle k and dropped my slushie on accident then i bought another one and my friends brother bumped into the door with the new slushie i asked for a refill then said no then they told me to leave batch

Just walked in at 11:55pm and politely asked for some zigzags and was given the worst attitude ive ever recieved in my life. Whoever you have working here at night is an absolute nasty person, my jaw dropped and i walked out.(after she refused to serve me because i said she was being rude)
