We signed up for internet and phone about four months ago and I have to say I wish we didn't. There have been long outages without any service whatsoever - the last one being over two days. Not very reliable, would not recommend.

City west refund process is beyond ridiculous! Its been 4 months now and we have not receive our refund.

I'm a new subscriber to Citywest and so far, my opinion is starting to drop. The live t.v. selection are okay. The speed and range of the internet/Wi-Fi connectivity is better than my last provider. But technical support is not there after hours. Within a month. I have lost service 3 times and had no tech support in the evenings when I loss service. Which fiber optic I should not be losing. It kinda sad qhen you pay for a service and most times you either loss it ot it lag. More tech support is needed

Really bad service.....
My wifi has been null since Christmas which is a real pain because the kids all got stuff that need wifi.....
I have been on the phone for 30 mins so far 1st in line and no answer....

I have always had great service from City West, especially from the folks that answer the phones. They are so friendly and so efficient. Always cheerful and super helpful

Fantastic service by city west. Our internet and phone lines were not working. Norelle as always was fantastic and got a technician out asap. Chris came out explained everything and worked hard to fix everything so quickly.

I have to give them three out of five unfortunately because I am just shocked that they don't give us any warning a head of time that they are increasing our internet on our bill it is bad enough because there are people like me who are on assistance warfare benefits which is not lot of money live off by the end of the month we are struggling to make end meats just being on low income assistance by the government
