Car insurance, After a couple phone calls to the answering machine and receptionist, I finally stopped by. What I received was an extremely rude receptionist who argued that I never called in the first place. I was eventually directed to Joni who had even more negative attitude in a simple change over.
The following month we purchased a new home and very quickly sought a new insurance company. As soon as our vehicle policy is due for renewal we will be removing them as well. Customer service without a claim has been terrible. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

This company was very good years ago… Sadly, things have changed! Almost always the answering machine when I call and on my lucky days I get the receptionist but she will “direct” my call to another answering machine… it takes days for them to get back to me. I will also mention how rude in person they can be, I won’t mention any names. I am so happy I took the opportunity to change insurance companies, it was a lot simpler than I thought and should have done it years ago!! :-/

i have been a customer of Clark insurance since 2009. The customer service was always excellent. Since the merge with huestis insurance group the customer service is sub standard. Its extremely difficult to talk to a person, and you have you call back several times and request a call back before you actually get a call. I will say that when you do eventually get a person on the phone they are friendly and attempt to be helpful.

My first experience with this company was August 12. My brother was buying my motorcycle and he asked how much does it cost to insure this bike and she reply I don't know I can't see the cost on my computer. We never did get a price and left because he is changing insurance companies. Other incidents have occurred over the last few months, it's time to move on to another company.
He has been with this company for 30 years.
