My engineering firm has worked with Clever IT since about 2013, and continue to view them as an integral part of our organization. Back then I received a proposal from two IT companies plus Clever IT, and Clever's was the only one that would utilize our existing infrastructure, allow for us to continue using custom PC's (not Dell, etc) and support as required. For over a decade they've been very responsive and always employ fit for purpose solutions, and there's nothing that they have even struggled to contend with. I always have and will continue to recommend to everyone, at every opportunity, to rely on Clever IT for their support. It's a recommendation I'm totally confident in giving.

I needed to upgrade my internet network at home and Telus wasn't able to help me out. I went to Memory Express to purchase the hardware and was going to use Geeksquak to install it for me.....As I spoke to the technical team at Telus as well as the consultants at ME, everyone was giving me different information. We have been working with Moez and Clever IT for a couple of years now. We have always appreciated the quick response and attention to detail but non so much as this past weekend. We had realized that we were having some email issues. Realizing how detrimental that can be to a business, Moez worked through the weekend towards a solution and was on site first thing Monday morning to make sure everything was ready to go. I personally, am not great with computers and he manages everything in the background for me so that my days run smoothly. We also have several franchise locations that he keeps in top shape and coordinates all of us allowing us to be confident in our promises to our clients. When you call, he answers the phone. I very seldom have to leave a message and that means a lot as with our reliability on technology, one usually needs an answer yesterday. We highly recommend Moez and his team. His knowledge base, solution building talents and his reliability are exactly what we need.
