*** Excellent service, care and attention! *** I had to purchase a new computer after 16 years. A picky friend recommended this place; it is his go-to shop. The staff were all very professional and extremely caring. Providing care navigating the entire process from beginning to end with joy. I would recommend 'Clickon Mac Solutions' for an easy going laid back professional experience. A fun place to go!

Five stars for bringing my Mac Book back from the dead after it decided to suddenly stop working (and I hadn’t backed it up in weeks). And they did it quickly (dropped it off Monday evening, picked it up Wednesday morning). The price was also quite reasonable and they even gave my computer a much-needed clean-up and showed me how I could speed up its performance by changing a setting. While I hope I don’t need their services again, if my computer acts up again it, it’ll be going back to Clickon Max Solutions.

I visited Clickon after seeing a recommendation in an earlier review. Their team is straightforward, welcoming, helpful in their suggestions for options repairing a big old desktop iMac. The quoted prices are very reasonable, the advice sensible, and the followup prompt. They have been very helpful, so we’re glad to have discovered them. And they have good refurbished MacBooks and son at great prices, too. Highly recommended.

Be cautious with this place. I took my air pods in to get them checked out as I was having a repeated issue with them. Apple fixed the problem for me at the Eatons apple store in 2 mins each time I went in. I didn't have time to go to an actual Apple store so I went here as it is close. They charged $20 to inspect them. After a day, they called me to tell me that the case no longer worked nor did the AirPod and that I would need to pay $230 to replace the case and one air pod. I was about to do that then decided to decline and just go pick them up. I borrowed a charging case from a friend and the air pods charged and worked great. I found a non apple brand case for $30. So glad I didn't dump $230 at this place.

Amazing Service !! These guys are awesome no different than apple genius bar , actually better (sorry Genius Bar) very honest ! I recommend anyone that has apple product to give them a try if you ever need service . Even if you have to pay diganostic charge (which is very reasonable). Oh don't forget easy and free parking. John knows his stuff !!!

Took my MacBook pro in on Thursday around noon with two issues. Left it and got a call late afternoon...they had diagnosed the problem and it would require them to order a part...great. They called late afternoon Monday and said it was fixed and ready for pick up. Got it home and the laptop wouldn't start....black screen no power. Called them again...said bring it back in. Dropped it off again Tuesday morning and they were super concerned and apologetic. Within an hour or so they had figured out this problem (unrelated to the problem they had previously fixed...this time it was an o/s update that had failed) and fixed it and I picked it up again. It's working great. I was really impressed with everyone I dealt with and their focus on customer service is great. Love the location and I really like to support a local small business. Thank you to everyone at ClickOn...highly recommend!
