On the first go around. Hector charged me $500 to fix my computer and clean out any viruses. Then I was to call him every 3 months for maintenance clean up on my computer. Before 4 months went by. I was having more problems with my computer and I called Hector. This time, after allowing him remote access to my desktop, he tells me it will cost me $4995 to fix my computer. So, you can ponder that amount for a moment. Obviously, my reaction was. "Hey, I'll go to wally world and buy another computer for $500 before giving you 5 grand." Honestly, who in their right mind would pay that kind of money to fix their computer?

I feel very fortunate that I was able to talk to Hector and he did a lot of work on it and my
laptop and they are both working much better now. I feel like Hector has become my friend. He was so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone.
