COACH Outlet - Cookstown, ON

It’s a nice store, but how am I supposed to go in there and browse when they keep the temperature so low? I was freezing! Didn’t end up buying anything just walked in and walked right out because it was too cold. I wanted to come in to see some items i saw online but not worth it to freeze in there. I get times are tough but seriously Turn up the heat.

Two weeks ago, I went shopping for a gift for my father with him and my family at Coach in Tanger Outlet. I picked out a pair of sunglasses for my father. After purchasing them and leaving the store, I realized that the arms of the sunglasses were very loose and seemed like they had been used before.
When we went back into the store to talk to the cashier and asked if they could tighten the arms for us, they responded in a very rude tone and said that we should take the time to fix it ourselves. They were extremely impolite in how they spoke to us. I was completely dissatisfied with the service and my experience at Coach. I will never shop at Coach in Tanger Outlet again. The cashiers are incredibly disrespectful and have no idea how to treat customers properly.

It was my first time at the coach store in this mall and we wanted to get a watch. It was kept in a transparent box with a lot of scratches (cant even see the watches) and no one around so we took one out. All of a sudden this lady working there comes and says in a very rude tone next time please dont open the box. Not sure why she was being so rude but im not going in there anymore. We just walked right out, went into guess and were treated real nice by the ladies there.

I always love getting a new bag from here but the last few times I have the staff have been super unapproachable.

I just got home from buying the belt bag and Austin was very nice. The young lady who cashed me out was awful! Just terrible. She should not be speaking to people. I asked if they had a coupon on the app - knowing they did for certain Tanger members ($20 off $150) and she said no. I was waiting for her to upsell me on the leather moisturizer before I told her I had it but she didn’t. She wanted me out of there quickly lol so, I’ll use it when I come back since I was debating on a wallet and scarf anyway.

I was in the other day looking to purchase a bag. I was helped greatly by a sales associate named Jolanda, however when I noticed the bag was scratched I began to deal with the 2 managers on duty. I felt as though any questions I had were an inconvenience to them and weren't very interested in my purchase in store or even online to the point I regretted my purchase when I left. I was shocked because every other experience I've had with Coach was great, but the managers seemed disinterested in my purchase and experience.

Good prices at this outlet location. Staff are very friendly as well. Even though we went a few days before Christmas it was busy but didn't feel cramped or crazy. I was able to pick up some Christmas presents for everyone at a reasonable price. Thanks Coach Cookstown!!

I bought a belt a month ago and the leather started to peel. I went back and the manager Maria told me it was normal wear and tear and that I scratched the leather. I never have had any issues like this in the past and I have used Coach belts for the last 10 years. I left the belt at the store for them to dispose their garbage because it is not about the money it’s about the principle. I’ll email customer service to let them know how this woman treats their customers.
