If you don't care about value for service call them. Spent over $2K this year alone. Fast talker, Kraig will scare you with his horror stories in spending a lot of money on band-aids that actually require even higher maintenance costs. Last time they charged over $600 for a non-urgent service call (labour only) that lasted less than an hour. Stay away from them! Albert was much better!
