I am a new employee, so a little bias on the review. But from a new perspective looking in, I find everyone very welcoming, engaging and truthfully there to help you succeed. While there is a lot of antonymous work Cogsdale has figured out a way to keep everyone in sync and feeling of a "together" atmosphere. The executive team have a great plan and are open to discuss it, no one feels as if they do not know what is going on or in the dark. Excited to be part of such a team!

I have worked at 5 different organizations throughout my career. Many boasted of strong teamwork and a tight-knit culture to outside prospects, only to reveal a shell of that outward appearance. This company lives that message. Management and all employees see the company as a team that does best when everyone is successful. Cogsdale doesn't have intrigue or showboating. Each team member has an opportunity to grow within the company based on their long-term goals. I am very glad I joined and look forward to the future!

I've worked with Cogsdale for 15 years now. This is a great company to work for and honestly I would never had stayed this long if I truly did not feel this way. In this company I feel valued and have had great opportunities to grow professionally. The people are great and they live by the Harris values. Cogsdale has also been very understanding and supportive in other areas such as juggling family/children obligations, medical appt's, emergencies, deaths, that took me unexpectedly out of the office at times. Cogsdale feels like a family to me.

I was with Cogsdale for 9 years and there was a good reason for that. A lot of companies say they are people-first but Cogsdale has consistently proven that to me. As a developer 8 years ago, and as a Director when I left I was shown the respect of a real work/life balance, flexibility with my large family and the inevitability of things always coming up, and through it all I've been shown opportunities for growth and providing input which is valued and actioned. I can't speak for the state of Cogsdale after March 2023.
