I don't write a lot of reviews, but this company needs to give it's head a shake. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an IT company. Their competency is questionable - but what really bothered me was the open rudeness of their support staff. Kavei and Mikel will not be getting a box of chocolates from anyone at our organization.
