Great customer service and location! Juzer helped me ensure that the replacement power supply was in stock and working. Now I've got my workstation up and running with more RAM. Will be back for more parts! There's a 90 day warranty for parts. Though I doubt I'll need it since they were tested on my system in front of me.

My All-in-One slipped and hit my keyboard. The screen cracked so one-third of my screen was distorted. I researched online and discovered Compupoint, and ended up buying a replacement new HP (after considering the refurbs). After purchasing, I realized that I could just mirror my display on a spare monitor, and I didn't really need a new computer after all. The Sales team heard my story and immediately refunded 100% of my money. I was thrilled, and committed to buy from them in future. Who offers this kind of customer-centered service anymore? Compupoint did the right thing by me and I can highly recommend their service (by experience) and their products (by research). I will be buying from them again.

Purchased a refurbished ThinkPad laptop online through Best Buy over the weekend. I had to pick it up as I urgently need it to replace a crashed laptop. Bought 8 off lease desktops from these guys in the past 2 years for a small data processing business. Way better pricing and warranty than my previous supplier. Had one unit go bad they replaced no issues. Pleasure doing business with Juzer and his Dad.

Visited their location to buy a motherboard. Agreed to upgrade to a barebones system, instead; but fell through once I asked about the full specs. Despite me being physically there, and the system specs seemingly on their screen (they had to look up the model name), I had to look it up on my own, if I wanted to purchase it.

A drill I had previously bought from them in new snap-on packaging, turned out to have been used (the battery springs were bent). Got a typical 30-day + receipt response, despite it being a cash transaction.

Very friendly and professional employees, specializing in Refurbished Computers and parts. Other than a few minor scratches on the exterior case, all works well and I'm very happy with the product, I had a minor issue with a WIFI Card installed, and they rectified the issue quickly and professionally.
